دراسة مقارنة بين التهابات المسالك البولية لدى النساء الحوامل وغير الحوامل لتقييم سبب منع الحمل لدى غير الحوامل في مدينة الخمس – ليبيا

يُعد الجهاز البولي من أهم أجهزة الجسم، إذ تشمل أمراضه التهابات المسالك البولية الناتجة عن إصابة أجزاء من الجهاز البولي بالبكتيريا. كما يُعد سلس البول من الاضطرابات التي تنتج عن ضعف السيطرة على عضلات المثانة، مما يؤدي إلى تسرب البول بشكل لا إرادي.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الفئات الأكثر تأثرًا بالتهابات المسالك البولية بين النساء الحوامل وغير الحوامل، وإجراء مقارنة لمعرفة أي الفئتين أكثر عرضة للإصابة. كما تسعى إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت التهابات المسالك البولية تمثل سببًا من أسباب منع الحمل لدى النساء غير الحوامل.
أُجريت الدراسة في عيادة الكون الطبية بمدينة الخمس – ليبيا، على عينة مكونة من 703 حالات، منها 408 لنساء حوامل و295 لنساء غير حوامل. أظهرت النتائج أن النساء غير الحوامل سجلن مستويات أعلى من السكر وحمض اليوريك والأسيتون والبروتين والألبومين ونسبة البكتيريا ووجود الدم في البول مقارنة بالنساء الحوامل. كما أظهرت نتائج مزرعة البول أن بكتيريا الإشريكية القولونية (Escherichia coli) كانت الأكثر شيوعًا، تليها كليبسيلا نيومونيا (Klebsiella pneumoniae)، ثم المكورات العنقودية (Staphylococcus spp.).
