Abstract

In the Name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Praise be to God, who taught humanity what they did not know, and may peace and blessings be upon the most noble of prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, the truthful and trustworthy.

To proceed: By the grace of God Almighty, the publication of the Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities continues, and at the end of June, we are pleased to issue the first volume of the year 2026, contributing to the building of a knowledge society and a society of civilization and culture in our beloved country, Libya. This issue is rich with scholarly studies, articles, and refined scientific research that truly reflect the connection between the present and the past, and the effort to build for the future. It includes a variety of topics from psychology, sociology, law, and management sciences.
